Dave Dunthorne

I joined the Operations team in October 2024, in my first role the play industry having spent most of my career in sales and project management roles. Since starting with Phoenix Play I've worked with over 100 schools, nurseries, public parks and holiday parks to deliver exciting new spaces for children to play and develop in. 

 It's such a wholesome role, and I love that when someone asks me what I do for work I can say that I work for an incredible organisation that installs playgrounds! It's really satisfying seeing the before and after photos and hearing positive feedback. We really do transform spaces for children and our customers. 

Outside of work, I love staying active by playing football, squash and pickleball. I (as well as most of the Operations team!) am a big foodie and love going out to eat in and around Bristol.
