The company is more like our own little community tucked away in the corner of an industrial park where we all know each other and we all speak to each other. It's not like some companies where you're a number. Here your opinions are valid and your voice is heard. 

The main reason I love working for Phoenix Play is I feel supported and trusted by everyone. I was promoted after just over a year working here. I think that shows how the company appreciates and values their staff, promoting from within. 

I have an autistic nephew and some of the products aimed at SEN children are amazing. I know how much impact our products will have on a child's happiness during their play.

 Away from work my husband and I enjoy walking our two absolutely crazy labs, Kit & Aero. Or cuddling up to our sassy cats, Lincoln & Wilson. 

I really enjoy going to gigs, mainly heavy metal or country but I do enjoy a good boy band on the sly too. 

I also spend a fair bit of my time seeing friends and family - especially my older sister.

 But, more often than not, I will choose to spend my weekend with my husband playing Xbox games or watching a scary horror movie.
