Our summer party in July was a brilliant celebration of everything we love about our Phoenix Play culture. With an 80s theme, the team fully embraced the fancy dress, arriving in bright colours, big hair and fantastic costumes that set the tone for a fun-filled evening.

We kicked things off with a visit from a pizza van serving up freshly made slices for everyone. A sweet station, photo booth and silent disco kept the energy high, and the whole night was filled with laughter and plenty of dancing.

We always time our summer party to coincide with team training, which means everyone from across the company can be together at HQ to enjoy the fun. It’s one of our favourite moments of the year, and a great reminder of the strong, supportive community that makes Phoenix Play what it is.
